Joanna Speller
Principal
GO Physio’s principal and lead physiotherapist, Joanna has more than 20 years of practice behind her. Joanna received her physiotherapy training at The University of Toronto, has advanced training in manual therapy from the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapy is also a graduate & preceptor of the McMaster University Medical Acupuncture course. She is also an accomplished Stott trained Pilates instructor for rehab professionals.
A former professional dancer, Joanna has a B.A, Dance from the University of London, England. In addition to her private practice, Joanna has been the National Ballet School's consultant physiotherapist for ten years.
At GO Physio, Joanna treats a diverse patient population by incorporating traditional Physiotherapy practices, manual therapy and Pilates-based exercise in an orthopedic setting.

Wendy Hancock Physiotherapist
Wendy is a Registered Physiotherapist at GO Physio. She has a Master of Science degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University (2004) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University (1999). Wendy is also an Assistant Clinical Professor in the School of Rehabilitation Science, Physiotherapy Program, at McMaster University where she teaches physiotherapy students in a problem-based, small group environment.
Passionate about learning, Wendy has completed several manual therapy courses and orthopaedic workshops, and is a graduate of the McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program. At GO Physio, Wendy incorporates manual therapy, individualized exercise, acupuncture, education and other modalities to help her clients achieve success.

Kelly Christie
Office Co-ordinator
Kelly is the main contact for GO Physio’s patients, booking appointments and handling all administrative aspects of the clinic.
Kelly’s management expertise is used to organize busy schedules, register new clients, make client appointments, procure referrals and produce documentation required for all client visits.
Her understanding and knowledge of WSIB, private insurance billing practices, telecommunications, and her computer skills allow the clinic to run smoothly. Kelly helps make GO Physio a welcoming environment for new and returning clients.

Tamara Cormier
Kinesiologist
Tamara graduated from McMaster University in 2009 with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology and Minor in French. Tamara has diverse experience in the field of rehabilitation, working as an exercise aid for wheelchair patients and health care provider at a summer camp. Her love of Dance, Pilates as well as experience with a variety of patients, has allowed her to develop a passion for teaching and developing exercise programs.

Danielle Dutchak
Kinesiologist, Pilates Instructor
Danielle is a Stott trained Pilates Instructor in mat and reformer, teaching individual sessions, group classes and Saturday workshops.
Danielle’s passion lies in dance and movement education. She has explored this interest through developing quality Pilates exercise programs for GO Physio patients and clients.
In addition to her work with GO Physio, Danielle is a high school teacher – teaching dance to Performing Art Students.

Michael Addison Pilates Instructor
Michael was introduced to Pilates by Sagrario Castilla. He Attained Stott Pilates certification and has continued his Pilates education by attending workshops with master teacher Ron Fletcher, Kathleen Stanford Grant. Second generation teachers Dianne Miller, Karen Carlson, Michele Larsson, Elizabeth Larkam, Alan Herdman, Pat Guyton, Kyria Sabin. He is currently enrolled in The Ron Fletcher Program of Study. He is a member of the (P.M.A) Pilates Method Alliance. And has presented at the Pilates Method Alliance International Conference. It's one of my goals as a student / teacher to bring to Pilates some of the passion, enthusiasm I have felt from the above mentioned teachers.
